Shipping Costs

Costs may be based on average or estimated weights and may vary from actual shipped weight. Costs may also be based on delivery location. International deliveries are in general more expensive to ship than domestic deliveries. The shipping fee will also be based upon the shipment method that you select at Checkout. We currently offer three domestic carriers:

  • U.S. Postal Service
  • FedEx
  • UPS

Order Cut-off Time

Each order must be credit approved and must be transmitted to the shipping warehouse before the cutoff time of that warehouse location. Same-day shipping cutoff times vary by warehouse location and may range from 2:00pm to as late as 10:00pm. Orders placed and/or credit approved later than the applicable warehouse cutoff time will ship the next business day. Orders placed and credit approved anytime Sunday for in-stock items will ship on the following Monday.

Shipping Status

For every item listed on our site, we clearly indicate the current shipping status of the item. These status indicators are guidelines only, and do not constitute a guarantee. The status indicators are defined below:

ships immediatelly

Merchandise usually ships the same business day if your order is placed before 2:00PM PST. All other products usually ship 24 to maximum of 48 hours after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

shipped directly by manufacturer

This product is shipped directly by its manufacturer, usually 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed on our website. You will be billed by directly by us, but will receive order from manufacturer's warehouse instead.

shipped internationally by manufacturer

This product is shipped internationally by its manufacturer, usually within 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed on our website. Airmail Parcel Post (5 – 8 days) and EMS Global Express Mail (3 – 4 days) options are available. You will be billed directly by us, but will receive order from manufacturer's warehouse abroad instead.

on order

This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier and expect to be able to ship your product soon, generally within one or two weeks. We will ship your item as soon as possible, and update you on the status of your order via email.

back order

This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via email.

pre-order

This product has not yet been released from the publisher, studio or manufacturer. We are currently taking pre-orders for this product. We will ship you your order as soon as it is available.

currently unavailable

This product is currently unavailable from the manufacturer. We are not accepting orders for it at this time. Please check our web site for future availability.

Delivery Time

To find out when your order will arrive, please consider the product's availability and which shipping option you want to use. Here's how we calculate the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):

Order Picking + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

For example, many items on our site show availability as "Ships in 24 hours". If you select U.S.P.S. Priority Mail® service, the shipping time will be 2 – 3 business days—depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be one day (order picking) plus 2 – 3 business days shipping time. In this example, you can expect to receive the shipment 3 – 4 business days after you place your order on our web site.

Damages Under Shipment

If you find that your items were damaged under shipment, please call us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company. We only have 15 days from the day we shipped your order to you to file a claim; after 15 days, the shippers will not allow us to file. When we file the claim, the shipper may send a representative to inspect the package on-site, or will have it returned to us to be inspected at our warehouse. A claim can take a week or more to resolve—please be patient as we work with the shipping company to resolve the matter.
